Class Chat Notification Sound

Class Chat will now play a sound when a new message is posted. This is perfect for teachers and students who have DPR open on a different tab but want to be alerted to any new messages.

And, just in case, we've included the ability to mute the notification sound in case you'd like a bit of peace and quiet!

We've also improved the colour of messages sent by students to help visually impaired users.
