TB is a Deputy Headteacher of a secondary school in Newham, London. It is an outstanding 11-16 mixed academy with over 1000 students. In her last 5 years at the school, TB has led on the improvement of the English department and seen a rapid rise in students’ achievement with a Progress 8 score of +1.8 for the English department for 2 years running, ranking the team 4th best in the country.
